What should I do about my loud neighbors? - stomp out loud
I live in an apartment and have very strong neighbbors. They went down by 1-3 stomping all drunk and shouting up the stairs and in the end I study. Im in my 20 years and I love a good time, but try to be attentive to other people in my house, but obviously these people do not. What can I do? A complaint about noise or something?
