Both my children have / had. He gave liquid Zantac. Laying on his back after eating can exacerbate the situation. My pediatrician suggested one or two tablespoons of rice cereal in the bottles with the formula, something that is thicker than that which should help. Also be sure to burp / her and after meals. It will facilitate the long term, best wishes, I know it's hard to see her a little pain.

My baby has been Prilosec. It has helped me and was able to leave and 9 months with no problems.

The worst thing is to have a pharmacy that you collected. It always seems to be days away teaspoon fulls measure a few doctors and a real "concern" for them. I'm sure I'm not the first to make a script for a baby!

I do not know how old your son, but if young enough, let him sleep in your chair or swing. If you let him sleep on an angle is likely that this assistance. My son and this is what I found work. I have no drugs, and I think we sometimes fail. I do not know what kind of formula to feed him, but stay away from regular soy formula. If he should soy formula, soy milk only be organic. My son has changed in this respect. When you burp, it has only a small and complete.

For my latest (which is an premmy when it was not helping), Gaviscon, we will put in their milk each meal, but after turning a few months, we have the milk to see if he had an intolerance to lactose (test b / Began to Wysoy SMA), and this seems to be the case. Maybe mention to your health visitor, I hated the idea that I / f couldn'tb but she could not digest my milk, so we had to change. Good luck.

For my child, perscribed Zantac and Prevacid, had the worst reflux and these do not work for him. Soothing my baby was the best. It was very hard to see him, pain and vomiting a lot, but it's not much you can do. He has always remained the same, has never been better or worse. All I could do is wait until he came and he did. He is 4 months and is very good.

My son was tagament liquid. (3 times per day)
Finally, we also have the "grain" of Formula 1 c. Soup. Per 2 oz
I suffer from gastric reflux and my doctor told me that yogurt
also contributes to the neutralization of the acid. "
Try the legs of the crib to about 6 inches.Just at the lower end of the head wedge.
Try the diapers really hard. He screamed the whole time. Try to increase your upper body, the legs can not bend too far backwards.
Even if "burp". do not burp on his shoulder. This small amount of pressure on their little stomachs, may help to "reflux".
They also told us that small amounts of food .. more often.

Good luck and patience.

Everyone has made most of the suggestions you give. I have to go to the doctor for my 8wk old w / acid reflux. We have on Enfamil AR and Mylicon double dose to each bottle. Seems to help .... a lot! It was sad all the time and spits up to 7 or 8 times per bottle (puddles, not just a little) and now spits out a few times and he seems much more content. It all started 4 days before this and it really helped. We return to the doctor in a week, and I hope to keep him from medicine, if you really need. Good luck to you, I know how difficult it can be.
